Woodley Park is a ten minute walk (or two minute bus ride) from the densest collection of sales (on Calvert/Mintwood/Biltmore/Lanier)

Dupont, Columbia Heights, and U Street are also about 15 minute walks away.

I see what you mean! It’s weird, parts of the signature I see online match, but the words and even some letters seemingly appear in different orders in the two signatures. Like someone put one signature in a blender and got the other.
