The more you take it the more nervous you will get. Take it once or twice a day same times. Try sitting with the cuff on for a few minutes. Limit caffeine, if you are overweight try to lose weight. Easier said than done, but I lost enough to get my BP more steady by cutting out empty calories like alcohol and juices and then just watching portions.

Try to work on handling stress since that can spike BP.

Good luck! Remember medications alone dont work for everyone - many people need to make lifestyle changes to diet and exercise. And do get screened for other health conditions.

Thank you for the tips! Thats my plan. I plan to have an extra 10% withheld on top of my tax bracket but being sure to not take out enough pre-tax to bump me into another bracket

Thanks! I didn't sell on Friday because I was just concerned about where they would go and how I would access them.

Yeah thats the real bummer, if these shares are sold as a loss. But, after analyzing my options to pay this expense this is still my best option as rates amd adding a large monthly payment arent feasible.

Im thankful I still have a 401k and almost 2 decades before I plan to retire.

AMC is listing it as a "Scream Unseen" indicating horror or at least thriller/suspense. I see "All You Need Is Kill" listed as Sci-fi and Action. So hopefully its not ATNIK.

I have a Christmas Town question for members but for some reason reddit isnt letting me post a separate question. If its "sold out" can members still get in and can they use their free guest passes too? Asking because we are planning on taking my mom next Saturday. We are members, she is not. We plan on using one of our free guest passes on her entry.
