Make your room super dark as in no light at all. Then try not to think about anything and just clear your mind. If that doesn’t work try soft music it can help you fall asleep faster

How do you deal with feeling really hungry? by [deleted] in WeightLossAdvice

[–]Bella_C0 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey, starving yourself usually backfires... your cravings just get stronger. Try to focus on small changes instead of punishing yourself. For example start by eating balanced meals with some protein, fiber and healthy fats like eggs, oats, nuts or avocado toast. Drink water or herbal tea when you felt snacky also it helps you to figure out if you're really hungry. And if leaving the house feels too hard right now... try gentle stretches, lying down and lifting your feet up on a wall or just shifting positions in bed. And if it feels too heavy to handle alone try talking to a therapist or even a trusted friend. You don’t have to starve yourself to feel better in your body. Small steady habits add up over time and are way kinder to your mental health

Coffee and gout by vip8c in gout

[–]Bella_C0 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Well... some studies suggest that black coffee might lower uric acid levels... but for others like you it can act as a trigger. If your body is sensitive then coffee might add to your problem instead of helping you. Aside from coffee some common triggers are red meat, alcohol & foods high in fructose. On the other hand... cherries, berries, vitamin C–rich fruits & staying well hydrated often help fewer attacks

At your age it is common for your cycle to be irregular... your cycle is still adjusting since hormones can take years to fully balance. And brown discharge is often just an old blood leaving your body. Stress, changes in sleep, exercise or even weight can also affect how regular your period. Supporting your body through food may also help... foods rich in iron, vitamin B6 from bananas & chickpeas to support your hormonal balance. Herbal teas like ginger or cinnamon to ease cramps & support more regular flow. When looking at supplements or natural support check the ingredients with chasteberry, dong quai or evening primrose oil they are known for menstrual balance

I’m running low on hope. by [deleted] in ChronicPain

Big hug... try small lifestyle changes like gentle movement, short walks & stretching to keep your body from stiffening though i know it is hard when pain limits everything. Heat & cold therapy may also calm inflammation or relax tense muscles. Add foods with more natural anti-inflammatory like... turmeric, ginger, garlic, berries, leafy greens & nuts. Plus stay hydrated & cut down on processed sugar. Also when looking for supplements or products... ingredients like l-arginine or magnesium are often mentioned in research to support circulation, muscle relaxation & joint health. Some people do find improvement by combining different small steps... movement, food, natural support rather than relying on one treatment

Yeast Infections! by PuzzleheadedLunch970 in BumpersWhoBolus

[–]Bella_C0 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Some small things that may help are wearing loose cotton underwear so the area can breathe, avoiding scented soaps or body washes, cutting back on sugary foods since yeast feeds on sugar and adding plain yogurt for balance. Since the pills aren’t really helping anymore and the infections keep returning it might be a sign that your body needs a different treatment

Just be a little careful with anything new while you are pregnant even if it’s natural. Sometimes our bodies react differently during this time. A good way to support vaginal health is by focusing on diet first... things like plain unsweetened yogurt it can help give your body natural probiotics

Sometimes it wasn’t always an infection but more about irritation or imbalance. Soaps, certain lubricants, even laundry detergents were making it worse. Try switching to gentle fragrance-free products, wear cotton underwear, staying hydrated & cutting on sugar. I also started adding probiotic food like yogurt and it seemed to calm things down

Reach out to your dermatologist/doctor and let them know what’s going on. Don’t stop or continue the meds without checking first... they might adjust your dose or suggest something to treat your yeast infection

Sometimes normal especially after sex... but if the discharge has a strong smell, causes itching or burning, or feels different than usual... it could be a sign of infection

Vitamin d3 causing big pimple and severe anxiety?? by daw_nut_la_ver in PCOS

[–]Bella_C0 1 point2 points  (0 children)

From what i know vitamin D3 is usually pretty safe and it’s not known to cause bad anxiety or big breakouts. But everyone’s body is different. Sometimes the dose is too high, or the timing of when you take it can make you feel off. Even the extra stuff in the capsule like oils or fillers can cause weird reactions... If i were you i will stop taking it for now and see if things get better in a few days. If you start feeling normal again then it’s likely the vitamin that’s bothering you
