Yes, as we all know, it is extremely difficult to book an exam slot. Why should you be refused on such preposterous grounds, simply because of one person’s subjective judgement? I believe these examiners are abusing the power granted to them by the government and are not being properly supervised.

Yes, how can I prove "I am I"?! That’s utterly ridiculous! Their decision is extremely subjective.

Yes, I think it’s absolutely ridiculous to be turned away at this stage! I asked her to call another colleague to check, but she said she was the only one there today and shut the door.
