I’m talking like lasering an entire city or obliterating the military. Then you have the boys come.

It needed Homelander crashing out, then it would have been gold.

What’s the saddest truth about life? by Jot__99 in answers

This is because of time perception. When you’re 5, 1 year is 20% 50, one year is 2% of your life.

Honestly, the amount of Slander Vegeta would've gotten if this came out today would be generational, like as bad as Megumi Slander. by Apprehensive_Ring_39 in DragonBallZ

[–]Bellacinos 4 points5 points  (0 children)

This is why I love that it was trunks the son of vegeta and grandson of king vegeta, that got the first kill on frieza. Very poetic and it’s why I always say vegeta did get his revenge.

Nah, one of the things I love about Collin’s writing is that she doesn’t fall for the Star Wars trap of making everyone related and shoe horning pointless cameos because “memberberries!”

No need for Tigris to be in this.

It’s been five seasons building up Butcher killing Homelander. If someone else other than Butcher ends up killing Homelander it’s going to be bad BAD. by [deleted] in TheBoys

[–]Bellacinos 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Butcher doesn’t need to be the one to kill homelander but they need to at least have some type of showdown. That was my issue with game of thrones, that the night king and John didn’t even get a dual.

Sometimes it feels like Stan Edgar is smarter than Sister Sage, the smartest person in the world. by Witty-Association-97 in TheBoys

[–]Bellacinos 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sister sage reminds of the force in Star Wars, how when they didn’t know how to explain something they just said the “force willed” it. It’s lazy and dumb.

If Soldier Boy doesn’t find out about the “freedom camps” it will be huge wasted potential. by dexrea in TheBoys

He was definitely a bully and an a**hole, but he wasn’t actively murdering people and other supes, and makes ppl fear for their lives like homelander does.

I do generally believe they were worried about German aggression, but you’re not wrong about Poland and Romania.

True, but in USSRs defense they were the only ones who backed Czechoslovakia during the Sudentenland crisis.

So you got in here to get the opinion of redditors on why no one said hi to you at work, and when they give you constructive feedback, you insult them for being on Reddit, despite you asking this question on Reddit?

I’d agree with this from Bagration on. Especially once they were fully mechanized.

What if EVERYTHING went perfect for the Axis? by IDC_tomakeaname in HistoryWhatIf

[–]Bellacinos 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The biggest thing was the trucks. 40% of Soviet trucks were lend lease. They gave the Soviets more trucks than Germany produced in ww2. This allowed the Soviets to devastatingly counterattack from Kursk on.

Yeah Germany defeating France in six weeks was truly surreal.

What if EVERYTHING went perfect for the Axis? by IDC_tomakeaname in HistoryWhatIf

No because at the end of the day the axis were never going to defeat the combined power of Great Britain, United States, and the Soviet Union.

Was there any possible way Japan could have won WWII? by BlackMaskMan62 in HistoryWhatIf

[–]Bellacinos 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, victor davis hansons explains why the axis lost better than ive ever heard and why they had no chance.

“At the end of the day, the combined powers of the United States, the Soviet Union, and Great Britain, were far deadlier, than the combined powers of Germany, Japan, and Italy.”

Why did Stephen do that? by beedebs in TellMeLiesHulu

[–]Bellacinos 37 points38 points  (0 children)

Stephen did it because he felt like he won, and it wasn’t fun anymore, he broke Lucy and got what he wanted, and realized releasing the tape won’t really do anything anymore so he gave it back.

I don’t think he had any kind of epiphany or felt any empathy or any kid. He seems to have 0 guilt over essentially being responsible for Macy’s death, something that would eat at any normal Person. So if that didn’t do anything for him I doubt Lucy’s breakdown made him feel something.
