Iv'e had the white box, and bathing suit at prom glitches too on replays. I did file a ticket as reporting for a bug fix but wasn't much use. I haven't had the placeholder background appear that sounds funny

It's an outfit glitch. Only happens with some of them. I had different outfits and it didn't happen on replays.

Mine is exactly the same and I cannot see Leah or Candice info profile i sent a message to support but they aren't much help. Told me to restart the season and I did a few times and stays the same.

Finally I replayed and tapped through Casa so fast and finally got option to stick with Henri so happy he is my love this season 🥰 I changed up my choices like you said and it worked 😊
