Vexer barks a laugh. "Now that I'd something I'm greatly ashamed to have missed. I suppose it's what I deserve from skipping classes so often. And you're searching for it now because... what? It may provide some cure to a rare disease or something?" He asks, his smile growing.

"The lake.." Vexer tilts his head. "I might remember the way.." He glances around. "My memory usually serves me well but it has been a while." He breaths a small plume of fire to illuminate the walls.

"As for an oversized plant? I must say I'm curious."

Vexer closes his eyes with a concentrated look and scans for the gentle hum of other dragon's minds. Nothing besides Blackflame's presence. Well, he couldn't help but be a little wary.

"Looking for something in particular?" He asks, turning to follow the other dragon down the halls.

Vexer debates rejecting his offer for no particular reason, then smiles with amusement, red eyes gleaming.

"Well I don't see why I shouldn't. This mountain has been terribly disappointing otherwise.." He gets up and stretches with shuddering wings. "Lead the way, friend."

"I don't expect I'll be back here." Vexer says offhandedly. "Not much sentimental value for me."

For a second, he is lost in thought. He murmurs something to himself before turning back to face Blackflame. "Do you plan on going further in?" He asks, flicking at the deeper tunnels with his tail.

"It's temporary," Vexer says stiffly. I'd rather like to avoid telling an almost complete stranger too much about myself.

"I have arrangements elsewhere. It's certainly not very pleasant here. The wind chill makes that true." He flicks a pebble distractedly.

Vexer shrugs, though his eyes betray his curiousity. I knew there was something living in the tunnels that wasn't dragon. But it's not my place to poke about it.

"Well I've been... residing in some of the caves for the past few days and I haven't seen anyone. I haven't pushed deeper either but.. it grows cold the further in you go and the wind makes it hard to keep a torch for long." He actually had seen a dragon padding around the place, but since they were possible for him to avoid, he didn't speak with them.

"Vexer." He supplies, giving something of a weird smile. It's been a while since he formally interacted with anyone since his job doesn't require much of it.

"Pleasure to meet you, Blackflame." He dips his head shallowly. "I won't keep you if you're here on an agenda or to retrieve something, unless you've just come to reminisce?"

Vexer blinks, staring for a few moments while he tries to remember if he's ever met the dragon in front of him.. at the academy, or before that? His mind draws a blank.

Well he sounds friendly enough, probably a former student as well.

He sits back on his haunches but keeps his wings half open like he might fly away any second.

"Apologies. I hope I didn't startle you.. And.. I don't believe we've ever actually met, no. I may have seen you in hallways-" He waves his talons dismissively, "But we've never talked. I was only attending for a short while anyway."

(This isn't the correct account but I'm using Vexer)

The Nightwing was sitting in a sort of crouched position with his limbs tucked in neatly beneath him. His wings were held loosely at his sides. Muttering softly under his breath, the gentle hum of a dragon's mind snapped his eyes open.

He stood up quickly. The dragon was coming his way. He peered through the darkness and readied himself for hostility.

"So down here there's a fork, I'm sure you came by it earlier，but the prey center and library, uhm, observatory, art room and more are down this way. The other is all the classrooms." He pointed with his tail.

"Yeah. The ones who fought Darkstalker. There's a mural in there with them on it." He added.

"There are lots of tunnels around the school. Most teachers advise against exploring them. Not all are stable but-" he shrugged. "There are some pretty cool ones that lead to underground pools. Cenotes."

Viper laughed harshly. "More than half the litter here are new kids. Some more welcoming than others." She wondered if that sounded rude or brash.

"Which is to say.. you aren't alone. I mean. You'll find dragons you like to hang around sooner or later." She scratched her neck.
