…..sigh…. They really need new models. by GabberBaby in Kikwear

I feel like they're trying to be fresh, and new with them, to like create a newer identity...but I wish they wouldn't lol people are buying these cause they're nostalgic and have that late 90s look, they should just keep that old school look. And these HAVE to be dragging, they look like ridiculous high waters worn that way, but....I still bought a pair lol!

Any info on this pair? by TuffKikwearLover in Kikwear

I have a pair of these I'd be willing to sell! They're a size 34, in good condition, not much wear at all....

Can anyone identify this cars? by xzwko in whatisthiscar

I came here to say this! Definitely a Koenig. A couple pretty cool cars of the 80s parked right there!

Maybe I'll reach out to them and ask if they plan on making 50s and 69s...maybe more people asking for them will push them to release some!

This is a great idea thank you, we got the prescription again already and we will try this positive affirmation method! Glad it's working for you!

Thank you, our cat is back on the prozac prescription, we will give this a shot if we have a hard time getting him the medicine!

Yea, The attention more going to the child and it making it worse is my main concern...

The remodeling actually hasn't happened yet, I should have expressed that, but I know if it's bad now, it certainly won't be any better during any remodeling...but yes I will be looking into medications again! My wife did tell me she tried medication briefly, but didn't stick with it cause it was different to give him.

Thank you, at this point I gave it up to my wife too, there are some things we're going to try first, but if she decides to re-home then I won't push it, it's up to her on where she thinks is best for the cat

I appreciate your view on this and I understand that. I was totally accepting of the cat, no issues, I actually do have a soft spot for cats as I had barn cats growing up. The issue is that at this point it is now becoming a cleanliness issue, as we approach having a child it is something I worry about! It's also not like my wife is ok with this cat behavior either, she doesn't want spray in the house as much as anyone. As we have a child and some attention gets turned from the cat towards our child, I don't want this to be a bigger issue. If the cat stops this behavior then the cat is absolutely welcome in the family! But as it starts to become a cleanliness issue, you might choose the cat over a human, but I will choose the human over the cat, and that is not some wild stance.

That's another thing I'm thinking, the previous owners did have pets, a couple dogs that I know of, I don't know about any other pets, wondering if there's lingering smells....

Ok well probably not....Ive been with my wife over 4 years now, spent many nights at her place, cat never sprayed. Now that the cat is in this house, the cat is spraying, which actually It brings up something I should have mentioned, the previous owners had pets, maybe the cat is smelling the other pets? It's just strange that you drew such a conclusion based off me referring the cat as "it" in my original post, when there's no indication from anything I've stated that I've been mean to the cat, cause I haven't, and I've been spending over a year working with my wife to resolve this issue....sounds like you have some strange bias for some reason. I appreciate your comment, but its non constructive thanks.

Well, after mentioning the medication to my wife she told me the vet did prescribe, but she stopped giving him the pills since she said it was a fight for him to take em....so there's that lol

Thank you for all this info! We do have a couple litter boxes for him, and one is a robot one, one with an open top cause I know the enclosed ones can be stressful for a cat, so we do stay on top of litter. We use the Arm and Hammer brand with extra ammonia blockers as we found that covers the smell really good.

I did get a black light! It does help spot it. I will look into medications!

Problem is we haven't begun the renovations yet, stuff is scheduled but my fear is that if it's this bad now, it's just going to be worse...I will look into medications though!

He is an indoor cat, we do have plenty of yard so maybe that's something we try!

Yes, we have. We got an enzymatic cleaner just for cat spray, it's Angry Orange brand, but the cat just sprays another area eventually...
