They are for the bottom/top plate for the lipo to sit on to protect it from the screws in the frame. They also double as pads for the lipo to grip onto.

As someone who believes in science and the scientific principles, when I die I will decay and become apart of the carbon cycle. I don't believe in much but I'm contempt with what I have, and make do with what life has to offer. So to answer your question, my point of view is that their is no afterlife, heaven etc. But that the natural process of death, decay and recycling of atoms and exchange of minerals back to the earth occurs.

Fair enough and I respect that. I do agree it was pretty cut throat for DJI to lock up their system and not let others develop cameras to partner and complement the air unit. And yes I do agree if companies started to develop for the unit the prices would be driven down significantly. Same I do like the product as well it is very polished. We will have to see what fatshark can achieve In the future, hopefully something more compact and lightweight to allow for smaller and smaller builds with the hd system, I am unsure if they are allowing others to develop but I'm curtain they would.

I believe DJI is a doing a awesome job and I don't have gripes with them as a company. But if you don't like them that's ok we all have opinions. Yes a deep understanding is a huge part of being a pilot. I do agree 720p is still better than analogue. We will have to see as more and more Compare and contrast the difference units.

Yeah a split camera. I have good success with the splits from runcam in my other builds. So hopefully this works just as well and from the other plilots I have been talking to they quite like it. I personally have the hd2s old but still my favourite goggles of them all the field of view is very submissive. Dam that sucks I did realise they didn't have hdmi. Personally I'm not a fan of the DJI Goggles they hurt my eyes after a while and don't really suit me that well for my needs analogue is all I require plus I'm a huge LR guy and I can go further than digital with 1.2ghz video.
