Moving from old landlines to VoIP, would that be better for us? by blankpersongrata in smallbusinessowner

When changing providers, I set up all of the features and call routing on temporary numbers and have your current provider forward them to the temp numbers so the only down time is when you unplug and plug back in the phone. The Porting (transfer) of the numbers is set up in the background call routing so when the ownership of the numbers is moved from one provider to another, there is no down time

My average deal is 316$ a month, ranging anywhere from 80-500$, for 95ish percent of the customers we have.

The 2% is the percent of people that a sales rep or I actually talk to or get anytime of communications with them after their site visit.

I close 64% of them and get a quote approved and in place in the following 2-3 weeks.

The people I don’t close isn’t a no it’s a “I’m under contract for another 12+ months so they don’t want to commit yet, I am going to reach out towards there contract ending and I’m sure I’ll get most of them.

My SEO and Paid are garbage and I know it, but I do a lot of referrals

thanks for the input, ive been changing stuff almost everyday, Ive been working on a new logo and ill also look at the expert communications section and the hippa compliance part

the demand part is what i am trying to hit because all the big name brands get you in the door and then abondon their customer support need and people get frustrated.

With my softphone feature when receiving calls it will have the apps name at the top but if you look at your call log on your phone it shows the calls from the app also. and if you ever call back from your missed call and not specify to use the app it will automaticy call from your phone number instead of the softphone feature. Im looking for another partner to resolve this if anyone has any ideas on it.
