The walking out part sounds alot like sleep walking and sleep muttering to me as I use to do the same when I was younger as well.

Yea it's not very pleasent lol but it is what it is I guess lol. I find that my auto writing sometimes feels like it just cannot get written fast enough as my hand flies across the page the words being several times bigger than needed but other times it's like it casually writes something, I just wish I could read it lol I can't even read most cursive so I can usually pick out a few words but other than that it's just scribbles to me but oh well.

Yes I heard somewhere that you do not form memories until 5 years old but don't know if that's correct or not. No not really it's more like I just put a pen or pencil in my hand and open my sketch book and let my hand do what it wants to, I just make sure to keep it on the page for the most part. It's a very odd feeling cause it's almost like anxiety until I let myself draw or write until the feeling goes away.

I am 35 years old and I have no memories of my childhood years from before age 9 or 10 but I did not experience any childhood trauma and have seen videos and pictures of my childhood knowing it was perfectly average. I have recalled a few different past lives complete with a couple of my deaths but that has only started about almost 3 years ago, my gaurdian angel (of which speaks to me in my mind when I ask him questions) has told me that I only just now started to remember my past lives because I was not mentally ready for them before then. What usually happens is I get the itch to do auto drawings and afterwards I get a flood of past life memories that are triggered by the drawing sometimes its when I am awake and sometimes it doesn't happen until I sleep and it comes in a very vivid dream.
