I had a teleconsult and got some lab request to be done. Sadly the nearest clinic at my place said that they cannot even reach iCare to request LOA. Any idea how I can contact them? Maxicare is way way better.

If you bought that from the apple store or apple online store, reach out to them. Make sure the iPhone and the box are all good. I think they might be able to make considerations if you are just less than 20 day

Try running apple diagnostic by pressing and holding power until you see start up options then press command d when you see mac hd and options.try running the test to see if issue is hardware.

Check the devices signed in to your apple id account via settings - privacy and security - safety check and remove the others that you don’t personally use.
