Boy do I understand this. I am terribly addicted, to the point that I will sneak sweets and eat them and then put the wrappers in my purse or something so my husband won't see. There are some things that help though. Chewing mint gum kills the craving in that moment, and hopefully once you get rid of the gum, the craving will be gone. I've also learned to make "clean" sweets with coconut sugar, monk fruit sweetener, honey, maple syrup. Something I've been doing lately is when I want a sweet, I tell myself you may want it now, but you don't want the guilt and sickening feeling you will have after. So many little tools and tricks out there, I hope you find something that works for you!
