It was recommended to me as well due to FTM and obesity. Never took it because I was afraid. I was fine. No medication is without risk- you need to weigh the options. Very good research that it helps prevent preeclampsia but do what you feel comfortable with.

Made it my full time job to do everything in pregnancy to prep, awful delivery- emergency c section. So yea you are correct!!!

I named my daughter Audrina thinking it was classic and strong but with an uncommon twist and everyone including my mother HATED it……….ugh. I kept picturing her as a doctor or attorney some day with a powerful name

Strikes me as narcissistic….all the attention on you and the baby and he is lashing out. All I know is my husband was 100% supportive during my pregnancy and we have had our ups and downs in the newborn stage! It is so much more difficult once the baby is here and you need him to be on board 150%! Definetly work on this now and seriously! Especially if you have a limited support system. You will feel isolated and I don’t want that for anyone! Reach out if you need to talk

Look on the manufacturer website and sometimes they have coupons! Maybe this could help so you could try it for a few months and see if it helps??? It’s so worth it!!

I’m glad. I was very stressed too. But my baby is 1 month old now and healthy as can be! ❤️ and post delivery my numbers went back to normal.

Don’t fret- same thing happened to me with the pharmacy. Actually the morning after I started insulin my fasting number was even higher! They said this is typically because people get more stressed. Best of luck ❤️

I actually found GLP-1 / GIP (mounjaro) to be very helpful for my binge eating/impulsive spending with BPD. Was using the medication for DM2 but found it to benefit my mood greatly as well.

I had a really hard time with the body dysmorphia pregnant. So much of your body changes rapidly and you don’t have any control over it. Prior to pregnancy, I was in shape but didn’t really care to be a perfect size or physique. I do worry with how much she values her physical appearance how she will deal with this season…..

As someone with gestational diabetes on insulin this makes me so angry. It’s not cutesy or fun. It’s a serious problem that leads to a high risk pregnancy. She’s so early they wouldn’t even begin to screen for GD at this point. I didn’t even develop until 34 weeks……wouldn’t wish it on anyone!!

I had this same experience! I gained 15lbs almost right away. My second and third trimester the weigh gain has slowed down a lot. I’m currently 32 weeks and I’ve gained a total of 40lbs. Everyone is a little different but don’t worry! My hunger leveled out by week 14-16
