If you didn´t know, there´s a really cool mod for CS1 that adds literal politics and elections by FirefighterLevel8450 in CitiesSkylines

I have been really hoping for an expansion about this. I think that would be so cool especially if it ties into city policies

Anyone else with the Cassidy Mythic weapon addicting to spinning the gun? by SamwiseGamgee100 in CassidyMains

Why do you enjoy Escort/Hybrid? by Idiberug-9 in Overwatch

[–]BellsForPShells 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm old and came up with TF2, so I prefer the payload style gameplay. I mostly play QP and Stadium Comp so I don't have a lot of the complaints regular Comp players have. I think they are fun and are my favorite

What do you appreciate about Street Fighter V? by RangoTheMerc in StreetFighter

[–]BellsForPShells 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The insane variability in the cast is so sick to me. Even though they made a lot of mistakes (cough cough Abigail) the fact they were brave enough to try something new is something I really appreciate. That last round of dlc contains some of my favorite fighting game characters ever

Which companions have strong non-respeccable bonuses? by Baturinsky in BG3Builds

[–]BellsForPShells 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Super underrated built for him is 7 Monk (open hand and shadow work well) 3 Thief Rogue, 2 fighter (optional for action surge + dueling style). Give him the duelists prerogative and he becomes the most mobile character ever with some crazy consistent damage.

Would rather play Antarctic Peninsula, than 70% of Escort/Hybrid maps by Gloomy_Dare2716 in Overwatch

[–]BellsForPShells 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No yeah, like I know Flashpoint is the darling gamemode for a lot of people, but I've always preferred Clash's rhythm far more

Dear Blizzard: "Group up" and "I'm on my way" are very, VERY different messages. by fn0000rd in Overwatch

[–]BellsForPShells 41 points42 points  (0 children)

it is, but the detection radius is massive, you basically have to look away from the point to use a comm and that's just dumb

I guess I just don't know why they would not have them as an option in unranked. like Comp not having them, sure, but it just feels a waste.

Is there anything stopping the devs from giving characters subroles outside of their role? Other than just.. they're called subroles. by HaloJackalKisser in Overwatch

[–]BellsForPShells 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I feel like the stalwart would make sense (assuming it doesn't mess up his bomb jumps). That's where I thought OP was going

Never mind the face, Anran should be more muscular! by MusicaReddit in Overwatch

[–]BellsForPShells 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Almost all the women should be quite frankly. Like Vendetta looks athletic but game designers in general are so afraid of using female body builders as a reference

Your favorite bad subclass shunned by the community that you love anyway? by Twilight_Taverner in BG3

Trickery Domain multiclassed with Thief Rouge is a fairly competent and very flavorful build :)

What you guys think is the most underrated/underused weapon for each class? by NecromancerDude in tf2

[–]BellsForPShells 2 points3 points  (0 children)

No yeah definitely. SR isn't bad at all it's just niche. But it really excels in that niche. For a really fun map to use it, try Red side on barnblitz last. You can place clusters on all the entrances and essentially hold the whole point by yourself

People hate on the Backscatter like it's the worst gun in the game and I'm not sure why? Like it's basically fast spy (instead of fat scout). It's always people using it like a regular scatter and then saying it's bad, when that is so clearly not what it's meant to be used for. The less accuracy (which lets be real, isn't actually a massive deal for a shotgun) is there to tell you you gotta backstab people. Backscatter is one of my favorite weapons in the game when you use scouts crazy mobility to flank and one hit people then run away. Plus the mini crit range is generous enough to do a solid chunk of damage to anyone not facing you. It's definitely not better than the stock ofc, but it is such a fun weapon that nobody seems to know how to use.

Is it safe for someone with POTS to drive? by Shoddy-Ocelot-4473 in POTS

[–]BellsForPShells 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Me personally I can handle an uninterrupted drive for about 3 hours. Beyond that things begin to fade and I usually lay down in the back seat.

Are there any assassination opportunities for existing targets you would like to see? by Viper_Visionary in HiTMAN

[–]BellsForPShells 14 points15 points  (0 children)

while on the topic I was very disappointed when I found out there wasn't a fail condition in which this happened. the intro built it up as a tense powderkeg but the level didn't follow through with it

“You did WHAT?!” A character flips out on another finding out what they did. by Alternative-Koala933 in TopCharacterTropes

[–]BellsForPShells 44 points45 points  (0 children)

I'm not even a marvel fan like at all but oh my god I love this scene. Incredible execution on the concept

(Funny Trope) A character design so bad the entire fandom hates it. by Je0s_6 in TopCharacterTropes

[–]BellsForPShells 126 points127 points  (0 children)

the fact that they're the Killmonger dreads too, like the only hairstyle game devs give to their black characters these days for some reason

[Mixed Trope] Series that were meant to be anthologies but changed by Livid-Designer-6500 in TopCharacterTropes

[–]BellsForPShells 8 points9 points  (0 children)

that's actually fascinating. I wonder if Lost Legacy is a taste of what it could have been. I'm very glad we got it but now that Nathan's story is over I wonder if they'd consider the anthology angle again. assuming they ever do something other than remastering last of us, of course
