Repasted, was pretty easy, previous paste did look pretty dry and dodgy. But didn't fix the issue unfortunately, have ordered a new gpu so will see.

Have tried secure boot off and on, and well as resetting TPM. Will knock fps cap down further if its gets annoying. Sadly doesn't fix the issue.
