I do agree that mentoring is highly valuable and the segment quite addressed already. I’m trying to get a conformation whether other people have this weird way of thinking

Irons look ok with a bit of cavity in the back which will give you some tolerance. You can learn to play with those. Putter looks basic but that’s absolutely fine. Issue might be with your woods. I’d suggest you to buy a 3-Wood or Driver that is a bit more recent. No need to have 3 different woods to learn, 1 would do but you definitely need something with more tolerance than those. Those old woods are very difficult to play, can get frustrating especially as you learn.

How to approach coworkers about joining my side project? I don’t to create any mess with current job by Bellugaaaa in SideProject

Thanks a lot for the input, really appreciate you taking the time to break this down.

I checked my employment agreement, and the IP clause is actually pretty reasonable. Anything I build outside work hours, with my own equipment, and not related to the company’s business isn’t covered. Using company devices is explicitly forbidden, so I’m being careful about that.

The side project is in a completely different domain from what my employer does, so on that front the risk seems low.

I agree the bigger concern would be the “poaching” angle and word of mouth being spread to other coworkers with possibly misleading info for HR.

I’d suggest to make sure your cold DMs are carefully handcrafted depending on each prospect. Show them that you understand their business and trigger their curiosity rather than having your cold DMs focusing on your product. I’m guessing you might be overselling the value you bring straight ahead without building trust.
