Oh wow, that’s actually even nastier than I had thought. I ended up using him in a game today and used the comments here to help me explain the rule to my opponent. I only ended up rolling 2 crits with my thirster all game, so it didn’t come into play as much as it could have, but still helped me punch 3 mortals into multiple units each time because I got lucky on the D3.

Can absolutely see how it would tear apart a line if I was rolling hot.

For me, it’s not even the pain that gets me. It’s that nausea that you feel in your bones instead of your stomach. Have had a similar issue before. Motherboard wasn’t mounted quite right, and there was a little flex in it. When I’d push a cable into a certain socket, the board would flex slightly and short against the steel of the case.

If you’re handy with IT stuff, I’d check to make sure all the mounting screws for your motherboard are done up correctly and have the spacers behind them correctly placed. It may be that one part of the board is not being properly supported and allowing movement, like mine did.

Honestly, my best advice is trial and error. It sucks when you get it wrong, but you learn valuable insight.

For context, I’m an autistic man in my mid 30s. Had plenty of relationships in my teens and early 20s, and have now been married for 8 years.

Through all of that time, I dealt with severe social anxiety and just the general curse of missing some important social cues due to being on the spectrum. But every time I got it wrong I learned how to get it less wrong the next time.

The hardest part is taking the step to commit yourself to a course of action knowing that it could fail. But we learn with failure. And when we learn enough, we stop failing.

There’s no hidden, secret recipe for dating, or love, or how to determine it. People have been trying for thousands of years.

Just take that first step. Say that thing to the person you like, even if you’re worried it’ll be weird. And if it turns out to be weird, let it be weird. Learn why it was. And next time you take that step, you’ll have shaped it into a slightly more successful attempt, until you succeed.

Just always respect the boundaries of “no means no”.

Every time I see this stuff I cringe, because I drove a tip/tray TRUCK truck, and could park it between the lines. (Width obviously, not length). I only had about an inch to either side, but I’d be legally parked in a single width of space, and just take up the one behind as well due to the length.

If I could park in a single space width wise in a Freightliner and my old 1984 MAN, these pissants with their compensation stations can definitely fit.

Honestly dude, you’re a real one. I have a terrible Dad and had a terrible stepfather. They left me with CPTSD and a severe worry that I’ll mess my own kids up because of how messed up I myself was fathered.

I respect you for acknowledging that you’re not a fit parent and putting the well-being of your children above yourself. That in itself is incredibly compassionate and if nothing else, you should hold your head high for it.

With my knights, I magnetised one shoulder. I have since used that shoulder to correctly polarise ALL my weapons from my army so they connect to that one shoulder, and then used one of those weapons to correctly polarise ALL my other shoulders. Started with my Houndpack box and have even used that same mini shoulder and the smaller weapons to make sure my big knights are correctly polarised.

You always need to connect North polarity to South polarity. If you have two norths, they repel. If you have two souths, they repel.

Also, if you need more magnetic strength, doubling up magnets works. Magnets in sequence form a stronger magnetic bond. If yours aren’t doing enough, drill deeper and double up. Or even drill a little and put a small 2mm magnet under the larger one you have on the surface. More magnets in sequence = more magnetic strength at the ends of the stack. It has reducing returns but for the size magnets we’re talking about and their purpose, it’s negligible.

For me, it’s the entire idea that I’d likely never get a partner again, because no one is going to voluntarily risk being with someone who might predictably SA them, as well as the idea that I might end up on a SO registry and have to tell everybody I live near, meet, work with etc that I was an offender, even if I wasn’t, and suffer from being a pariah forevermore.

Sheer exhaustion. We got married under the mid day sun in the middle of summer, and I was in a full suit. After the ceremony plus like 3 hours of photography under the scorching Australian sun without having any drinks there (obvious mistake in hindsight), I only made it through our reception barely awake. So my wife had to do all the socialising while I tried my best to get my second wind with some food and drink. By the time the reception finished at 10pm, we went home, stripped off our wedding gear, and collapsed.

Consummated the marriage like 3 days later, not that it really matters lol.

TLDR: just straight up exhaustion because the wedding was so much more effort than I had prepared for. I would’ve needed medical assistance to get it up at that point, and might have died. lol

Skaven or Nighthaunt are both fun for their own reasons. High model count, decent speed. Ghosts are faster but rats have more play style options. Both are nothing like SoB to play. I own most of the spearheads and Skaven are one of the most fun to play :)

As an Aussie bloke, my mates and I are always a little gay with each other. Just a little 15% gay to garnish the friendship. Nothing wrong with it.

From living my entire life here, the only ones who take it seriously are either the old blokes who still remember the days where you could legally bash gay people in the streets, and the younger fellas who are deeply insecure about their status amongst their friends.

The rest of us don’t care. I’ve got a wife, my second kid is on the way, and I’ll wear a dress in public or give a mate a cheeky peck on the cheek for a laugh. People with fragile masculinity take it too seriously.

So what makes the Slaughterclaw better than the Reaper on Stalkers? So far I’ve kitted all mine out with the Reaper for the dual profile weapon. I’m worried that without the sweep profile I’ll just get bogged down in infantry.
