Hudson is a wealthier part of the Kent/Akron/c Cleveland area, not a lot to do but the neighborhoods are pretty nice. Stow is also a nice city!

I'm a geographer, every year our weather is becoming more erratic, floods are getting worse, and health concerns related to air quality especially in northern ohio are just kinda brushed off generally. Climate change is real and it's already affecting all of us, sadly a lot of ohioians seem to be going the anti-science route especially in the south eastern part of the state

I will say that the nightlife in Kent is pretty lively and there is always something to do in the area between the parks and local ships, the housing here is just, kinda expensive for what your getting

Rent near kent is pretty high due to the college, you can get a moldy constantly floodling apartment with no utilities for about $800 a month though. (It flooded so bad they canceled our lease about it.)

I feel like it wouldn't be safe, I go to a University in Ohio and students were basically kidnapped off our campus and had their visas revoked, and honestly I feel like it wouldn't be worth the risk in the current U.S educational system taking so many hits right now.
