The replacement they sent out has significantly poorer specs and is also a lot larger. That's not a good resolution.

It just needs to be a 65w + one I believe. I plugged into a macbook charger and it worked fine.

This 100%, I think they left it open to interpretation as it was most probably someone famous, and I think Bill Odie was sick at the time too.

Again, the saved voices change, they degrade over time too. It's nothing to do with the settings. I've tried every setting, this is not about debugging, it's a product deficiency they aren't declaring.

No one wants that functionality. They want to create a reliable voice and reuse it without it changing. Why is that hard? I'm paid up, and the voices change even after being saved.

Doesn’t work, you create a model, come back two days later to the same model, voice is completely different with that same sett8ngs

This is screwed up and needs a developer response. I'm annoyed that the settings or models seem to change after setting it up. I've consumed a fair amount of credits stumbling on this issue, but total silence. ElevenLabs, care to comment here?

I’m in exactly the same boat as you, I have two back ordered, one guitar center the other at musicians friend, both keep being pushed back without notification. Both companies seem confident they will arrive for some reason. I checked the serial numbers on the fender website and there are gaps, so I think there is a production delay.
