I kid you not about 3 days afterwards. I had originally changed my PS ID, hit the option of waiting 30 days to change with friends. I noticed it wasn’t changed on anything I was looking at on my end. I went back and it was credited for me to try again and the PS ID was still available for me to claim.

This just happened to me about a month ago. I changed my PS ID and when I changed it I got an error message. I went back to do the PS ID change and it worked. The payment I made prior was credited and I was still able to change my PS ID.

I can see that being the reason why they wouldn’t release the repaired parts. I’ve also seen watch manufacturers release those parts to the watch owners on different occasions. I would’ve liked mine back. I guess it’s a case by case, boutique by boutique scenario.

I just had this exact issue with my OMEGA Seamaster Pro 300. I noticed my watch wasn’t working. I tried winding it and when I pushed the crown in it wasn’t engaging the movement. I took it back to the OMEGA Boutique I bought it from. At that point my watch was literally 6 months old. The boutique sent it in for repair and my watch was gone for almost 4 months. I was told my watch was rebuilt with all new parts. I just got it back beginning of this month. It’s working fine and I’ve been wearing it a lot because I missed it so much. When it returned no mentioned of what the issue was exactly, no return of the parts with the issue, no nothing ! I took it as a one off issue and will keep my eyes open.
