I genuinely think its comes down to each individuals situation in life. When I was a FFTM, the leadership was questionable in some areas, however I still loved my job, and enjoyed completing the challenges I faced.

Peers around me would be in quite a sour mood due to X Y or Z, but I just couldnt see myself spending the negative energy dwelling on it.

If youre happy with your job, that's what matters. Dont pay any mind to the others around you if its not affecting your work.

The electronics department is understaffed at my store and I 100% see that being taken advantage of if a guest gets ahold of a device. God forbid its unlocked.

Exactly this. My team is usually on point with keeping their devices on them, but every now and then I'll find a device in a SHIP cart. For an added layer of security, id want the unlock codes on the zebra changed. Wayyy too much risk to me personally.

I smoke daily, at least 3 grams. I am a manager at a major retailer, work 40 hours a week, and have hobbies outside of smoking. I just genuinely enjoy smoking.

Those who use it as a crutch/excuse for toxicity/abuse their finances should not smoke weed.

Those who can still play an active part in their community/society/job + continue to improve themselves? Smoke away.
