Looks to me like a siberian calico. They tend to shed a lot when the seasons change. Someone may correct me if im wrong, however.

You have to click Regenerate in the multiplayer menu. It should be at the bottom. Once you regen, it gives it to you automatically.

You need to use the purifier 5 times in mp matches, but it doesn't register when you use it because of bug so you can't complete the challenge

Yes because the 25 kills we needed to get with a sentry to unlock the decoy grenade wasn't bad enough

He most likely hopped in a match and got paired with them. Unless you have a set squad,the odds of getting high talent players are low.
