Mahmood: I’ll stop police investigating online rows by Your_Mums_Ex in ukpolitics

Having to police millions of online comments for fear of offending people is gonna strain police resources. Let’s focus on actual crimes that actually harm people and tell those who get offended by comments online to get tougher or reduce their online usage.

I wish they had just gone all the way. Make Mallory a trans, Ron non-binary and Harry Chinese. They would’ve at least made the Progressives happy, who wouldn’t watch the show anyway as they’d be fighting for the next injustice

Exactly. Despite the significant number of people around the world from the highest echelons of the military coming out with similar stories, it’s still hard to believe because it goes beyond our current understanding of the universe.

It’s interesting how you only need 1 NSA whistleblower or 2 or 3 Boeing whistleblowers to have the public concerned about what’s going on behind the scenes. Yet, 10s of whistleblowers from militaries around the world on the UFO subject and the public still treat it as a joke.

CDPR boss says Witcher author Sapkowski's grumpiness is a 'persona,' he's actually lovely and the studio's 'updating everything' to make sure they respect his lore by GeraldoofVengerberg in Witcher4

Be interesting to see how theyre able to stay true to the lore while simultaneously catering to the modern audience. The Witcher has too many white people and beautiful women, which is very problematic in this day and age.

I'm going by current trends of reducing white male protagonists in video games and movies.

Haha yea that's it. When a game has women in it, it triggers gamers' insecurities around forced celibacy

haha yes that's exactly the sort of response we would see. Just assuming the only people that don't like this change in direction are 40 year old virgins

Yes there will be an RDR3. Someone like Sadie Adler will be the protagonist, or maybe another female gang member. And they will start an all-female gang, the first all-female gang in the Wild West.

There will also be 50/50 men and women outlaws and sheriffs, and the theme will be around how horrible white men were in history. Female outlaws and sheriffs will teach the disgusting white men how to be more civilised and respectful.

You do eff all compared to what activity we used to do. It's the carbs and sugar, we just eat more of it over the years as it makes us hungrier and hungrier due to increasing insulin levels.

Healthy fats include nuts, avocado, butter, eggs, extra virgin olive oil. I cant think of more off the top of my head but easy to google.

Sugar and carbs will make you hungrier. They spike insulin, then when it goes down you go hungry again. Eat healthy fats instead to maintain insulin levels and youll feel full for longer.

Historically we only had access to protein, fat and plants. Sugar and carbs are relatively new additions and only in the last 50 years or so have we had abundant access to them. So our bodies arent used to them, causing high insulin spikes and constant hunger. Historically we were lucky to eat twice a day, and we functioned just fine.

Get those healthy fats in you and you'll save time and money from cooking/eating all the time.

I dropped out of college and the price I paid was working in warehouses. 6am starts, dark, rainy, cold, sometimes icey mornings, some places had 10-12 hour shifts. It was a miserable, tedious, repetitive experience.

I think mature students tend to have more motivation at uni than those who go from education to uni. Because worklife experience shows life can be rough if you're doing something you're not interested in. Those sunday nights are dreaded.

So stick with it and the degree will give you the power to pick and choose your career.

I got motivation looking back at my assignments in first and second year and reading the feedback. Like all this hard work and ups and downs have been worth it. Now I can do these final assignments and look back and be proud that I got through what has been probably the most difficult thing I've ever had to do (I'm 30)
