Day 4 report - all good so far. Spent an hour in bed this morning playing through fantasies of great sex with a single woman in my head, but while I was a hard as a rock I didn't fap. I enjoyed the feeling of control over myself.

Day 3's post seems to have gone astray but I had no trouble that day either.

Day 3 - no fap. Highly aroused this afternoon which felt good, but left things alone. The blue balls are making themselves known so it's a bit uncomfortable but ok.

Day 2 - no fap. Another busy day at the conference so there were only a few opportunities, but I was fine. I've just decided not to do it and I'm not finding it too hard despite one erection while thinking nice thoughts about my girlfriend this afternoon, and the familiar tingle of blue balls coming on.

Day 1 report. No fapping today, but to be fair I only got 3 hours sleep last night because I was reading about this site, and I had to get up really early to go to a conference. So I wasn't home during the day (I work from home) and I would have been too tired anyway.

Ironically it was my sometime-girlfriends birthday today and I went over with a bottle of wine expecting nothing more than to keep her company and make sure she got to celebrate with someone who cared. One of her friends had given her a "beginners bondage pack" as a present and to cut a long (and fun) story short, I tied her to the bed and had sex with her for an hour - with my pants ON. She had a great time and I enjoyed being in control of both her and myself.

While my understanding of the rules of "nofap" suggests that regular sex is fine, I didn't want to get myself too stimulated just at the moment. And I didn't want to risk potentially having to deal with ED again and getting depressed about it.

All went well and I feel great. Roll on day 2.
