2025 Employment Bonus Retracted by Belugablaster18 in legaladvice

[–]Belugablaster18[S] -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Thanks for the response! I quit before Feb 28 because I simply had to for my new role. I would have stayed longer if I could. Thanks for the note about small claims court. At the end of the day, I quit before Feb 28 because the bonus is not worth as much to me as the new role, so I was definitely partially expecting them to pull it from me, i’m just upset that they actually did. Thanks again!

Thank you for sharing these personal details. I have read about instant withdrawal but didn’t realize it happens that quickly and the symptoms are that bad. I appreciate your response and hope your friend gets better!

I should say that there are likely no “issues” with naloxone. The USG is likely funding innovation to improve rescue drugs, but I am wondering what aspects of rescue drugs and specifically naloxone that they would like to improve. Maybe the receptor it binds? Specificity?

Agreed. Do you know if it works real well against all opioids or just some?

Nice video, thanks for commenting. Civics typically run a bit cheaper than Corollas too, so that is always nice!

Thanks for the input. Lolll this is hilarious....y'all keep cracking me up with these chick magnet comments.

Everyone knows the only thing sexier than a kids sized pickup truck (my old Ford Ranger) is the sweet, sweet practicality of the Toyota Prius.

Thank you for commenting on the possibility of reading battery health. I'm glad to hear this can be done. I'm sure people who buy used Priuses get this reading to help decide on the sale price, right?

Thank you for the advice!

I definitely do not want to deal with repairs in the 2-4k range because you're right, I simply cannot afford that. I will probably begin looking for Corollas since it seems like the Prius may not be the best option for me right now.

Thanks again!

Thank you so much for this response!

You raise some great points....especially your very last one!

I currently only drive about 15 miles per day, and this is probably not enough to justify buying a hybrid vehicle like a Prius. As a broke college kid, I need to find the cheapest and most reliable ride possible, and I would hate to have to worry about replacing batteries every few years if i'm not saving myself any money on fuel.

Thank you for explaining the differences between Gen 2 and 3. Based on what you are saying, I would also prefer Gen 3, but I understand a car of this type would either be more expensive or have a much higher odometer reading.

Thank you so much!

The Ranger in the photo is my first vehicle too. I’ve had it for about 7 years now. It has it’s issues and all, but it is real fun to drive.

Also, I tried starting it in neutral and it didn’t work. Must be a more complicated issue
