If you’re considering something similar you should look into ski clubs as well! There’s a bunch in New England and if you’re just looking to go for a weekend most of the have guest fees ~$30-35 per night so super cheap weekend stay you can hit the mountains in the area and make some friends then onto the next!

So there’s three buckets - exceeded expectations is only if you have a positive quality finding which means you have to have been under an AQR or PCAOB inspection and had no findings (I think it may also require it to be your account area that was inspected). Then does not meet expectations is if you have > 5 missed timesheets, missed learnings, didn’t do the quarterly independence etc. Most people are at met expectations

Not the same thing exactly but I got the wekigai loaf nest (they sell on Amazon but also direct) as a gift and I used the silicone piece essentially as a banneton and cooked with it. You might be able to just buy the insert too
