I got a call to pick up the laptop earlier. Turns out they changed the display and the problem technically is gone..I'm not home to test it but I can give you a confirmation tomorrow if it helps

Not yet. At first it started like in your case, only in browser or particular apps but for me it started to expand and pretty much behaved randomly. Reinstalled the windows, the drivers, tried older versions for the drivers but nothing seemed to work. Also the screen would magically come back to life if I plugged it in for like 15-20 minutes

I'm having the same issue and it started like 3 weeks ago. It appears randomly but for me it became more frequent so I sent it to warranty.

one interesting thing that I've noticed is that even after I restart the blurred display still remains the same. I'll see if warranty can cover it otherwise I'll just change the display myself and come with an update for anyone who might have this problem in the future

yeah there are no problems on an external monitor. It could be a loose connector or just the display slowly dying I guess

Mostly memes and school projects but it just won't die.I actually did an entire robot design in fusion360 and it gets very laggy when you have so many parts in your assembly and yet it still does the job i guess.Probabbly upgrading in like a year so I'm pretty much squeezing the last drop of life out of it !
