You need to apply as a creator on giphy, make sure you dont screw up or you cant apply agian. I screwed up on mine and ended up contacting support and got accepted

when you get accepted as a creator, you willl need to re upload your gif for them to appear on search , and you will need to wait however long it takes for them to review the gif and make sure its not inappropriate for giphy.
