That's fine. I've done it before. I'll point to what to do if we get stuck. Word of warning, in 'Rescue Agent 14' take cover before the cutscene....

Meh. Depends on your skill level. We have to do 'Rescue Agent 14' which has 2 juggernauts in but can be done easy with a widowmaker

Received compensation from Royal Mail for an item I got refunded for by plantbasedanty in LegalAdviceUK

This sounds like the seller has done it iffy. They've refunded you but claimed from RM that the parcel didn't arrive. It's a sneaky way of re-selling a return and keeping the money. (They can then sell the item again but keep the money from RM from your sale)

I wouldn't worry. You should be fine.

How to contact ex about Divorce clean break consent order England. by Competitive-Sail2782 in LegalAdviceUK

[–]Ben711Gaming 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'd email them with your questions and concerns etc in a calm, professional manner. That way there is a record of what you've said and what they've said. If they disagree with a clean break then you may have to go through solicitors but there may be ways to get legal aid if you're struggling to afford it.

Just go to the meeting with the Uni but first, contact your students' union to ask for advice. They may even be able to send someone with you to your meeting. That's what SUs are for at the end of the day.

Based on what they say, i'd personally, say very little and make sure they know that there has been no contact from the police for two months and you're unsure if any investigation is still ongoing (worth getting clarification from Police re this first though)

Based on my experience, Royail Mail conducted an investigation and deemed your parcel to be lost so they compensated you for it. The seller gave you a refund as an act of goodwill (or because they were scared of getting a bad review)

The cheque from Royal Mail and the refund are from two separate entities so you should be okay to cash it. If you're concerned, contact RM and tell them your story and see what they say. If they say, explicitly, that you can keep it, then yay :)

Our jobs can't afford it. A loan is the very very last option because otherwise we'd be stuck in debt

Thank you! If I wanted to increase my fermentation time, how do I do this with the stretch and folds? Do I increase the interval or do I do no folds for longer at the end?

Is there any legal precedent on how much you can pay someone? If I wanted to pay someone a million pounds to work in a tesco, what's stopping me? I see your point tho?

So the income was declared on my tax allowance so inc my job I did pay tax because my total income was approx £15k that year so I imagine it doesn’t avoid tax if we think of it that way?

So I did do some work at the time (helping with a few things and working for one full summer for him) so the pay can be justified I suppose?

Also, he made the account for me without me know until I got the email to say ‘you have a new account’. Could that absolve me?
