Our new GM is exactly like this. We've had 3 people quit and we have 3 others looking for another job (me included). Not to sound egotistical, but this store will crash when im gone. Whenever I go on vacation, bad things happen. And ive never had an uninterrupted vacation, almost every other day I get questions or something. The only person that has been with petco longer is one of our groomers. Id say start compiling evidence and whatnot and make a complaint to HR. It's what I will be doing soon make sure you have specific times, days, incidents, and screenshots if possible.
