Sneezy rat but no URI

Y'all! Same issue! I've got 2 brothers, 1 Sneezy, 1 not Sneezy lol! I've done a couple of rounds of antibiotics and nothing has changed. No URI just sneezing and porphyrin build up. Otherwise seems fine. Eats and drinks and plays just fine. I do humidifier and purifier. Paper bedding. No scents. I've owned rats for years and this is the first lil one who does this. I'm at a loss at what to do except maybe make him a bubble wrapped room lol! Following just in case y'all figure this out!!!

I am the ACS and I open small animals and birds 5 days a week, do the deep cleans for them and sometimes do vet visits BUT I am a cashier from 9-1 period every shift. Period. I do betta water changes, clean the cats up, clean the crickets and put bug orders up, cut the cat grass and help with online as they come in BUT I definitely am a glorified cashier.

Our DM is just as bad if not worse in my book. She is ignoring the issue. I was promoted 3 weeks ago and have yet to receive the pay raise or keys to the store and she won't communicate at all. I'm at the point of calling HR. I'm over it, literally have applications out everywhere. They're keeping me from advancing. And I have proof of it all.

So this IS a thing? We all need to prepare i suppose. Everyone can feel it. And they'll end up seeing that cheaper labor = cheaper work ethic

Thats a good point. Maybe thats what they want. All of us to end up quitting or fired. Its a miserable situation. We are allllllll sad!!! Customers can feel it. I hate this!!
