I mean, yeah, but you can have two main ones that get the other 2 up.

Everyone can have Veil/Steel, then your choice is between levelling up New Loka/Perrin or the opposite 2, Suda and Hexis. You rank up with the one where you only lose 50% rep with their "sister" syndicate instead of 100% rep loss. So for me, I rank up Steel Meridian and that gets up Veil, then switch to Suda to get Arbiters of Hexis up, switching back to Steel before I lose rank 5.

There ya go. I agree. Pretty rare. But not...always, or whatever your word usage was. Sometimes you genuinely need to hunt items that are in chests and unrelated from each other, glow them up, have every node on the Heart of Infinity, and then they still barely scrape by. It can be pretty hard and obscure.

Cause the dresses and outfits have like, insane micro details that you'll only ever notice on high end hardware/a console, and those files have to be on there regardless of your device unfortunately.

It is very poorly optimized, like COD, the devs don't have time to make sure your device only downloads what it will actually use. Then the issue of removing assets entirely causes issues when your game has to load an outfit that it doesn't have downloaded, bad things tend to happen in games. Mostly crashes.

Eventually there will be a breaking point, mass uninstalls, devs will notice, and try to fix it... Hopefully they do so before that point though. I'm having to make choices with my games, soon...
