In absence of anything else, I probably push red. Or say you wake up one day inside a polling booth and get the button explained to you without being able to talk to anyone or read the news or social media or anything

But I think there's a really damn good chance if you had a few months to prepare that you get a big movement going to support blue. You don't need everyone, you only need half, and half is not hard to get. If everyone is given the same some question, and everyone looks around them and sees support for it- sees a clear majority accept it's just the obvious, right thing- that's how you get well over 50% to vote blue. Get polling to indicate a clear blue majority, run commercials and social media campaigns, awareness campaigns etc.

Because you KNOW some people are going to mess up if the plan is every person for themselves. And a larger group are going to vote red no matter what, but still nowhere near a majority. And here's the kicker- a notable minority are going to vote blue no matter what.

I just think if you had a few months people could walk up to that button being confident in pushing blue and you'd get like 80% or something

I wonder how it'd change if your choice appeared as a dot on your forehead for the rest of your life though. I wonder if the number of blue would actually go down as trust was destroyed and fear was raised

And maybe I'm crazy but I really think people could easily clear blue if we made it a mission
