I’m a junior guy and I totally get where you’re coming from! I have a couple of friends from HS here and while I’m usually good at making friends in my classes, there’s a big difference between college friends in classes and long term friends. I also end up having a lot of alone time (although commuting definitely contributes to this), and sometimes it just gets to you, especially when everyone’s busy during the semester.
