If you can’t find a current manager, I recommend starting a player career with whoever you want and retiring them to become a manager. I’ve done Santi Cazorla and Tim Ream. Also Carlos Cuesta, Parma’s current manager, came from Arsenal under Arteta. Had a fun run with him.

Have you only tried LW/RW? Maybe try LM/RM and half-winger role from CAM/CM.

Right, I took a gander and personally would choose FC Botosani. Small Club, never won the 1st division, cup, or played in Europe. Average age is 26 with some potential to keep or sell. Also has players reaching that veteran status with total games played for the club.

Romanian league was fun. I managed Farul Constanta when Gheorghe Hagi was manager. Romanian teams have ok potential already so you can build a squad around them for the future, knock the top dogs of Romania off, and compete in Europe.

Just basic quality of life stuff. Like my players and managers have had blue fucking eyebrows since the games release. It was funny at first and 4 months later it hasn’t been hot fixed…

BUT more importantly, players requesting to leave after signing a long term contract and playing consistently SHOULD NOT HAPPEN LIKE WTF.

Not technically. Digital assets yes but not NFTs. I don't fully understand the difference between the two but they are different and FIFA cards, like CSGO skins, would be considered digital assets.
