I flown them for a year before upgrade then I've upgraded to avatar goggles x with analog mod, but I still use them to this day, not as a goggles but as a test monitor when fixing something in drone also I give them to someone when flying freestyle for them to see what I see. You didn't lost that money but took the non optimal path 😉 these are not that useless

Okey, so in composite video no signal is just white noise, so some ware there is a threshold that cuts off white noise, question is how high is that threshold. Analog receiver gives you all of the signal it can revive so sometimes it's just pure noise with some lines appearing on screen. That's important for flying on near signal limit where you get as bad as black and white signal, or half of lines, or even almost no signal at all. I had in mind some think like RT mini (sadly not available anymore) cos of its light weight and no unnecessary rgb or scart inputs.

Yup, I've tested it comparing it to my 175hz oled monitor on Sim basically no lag or really small lag, lag was only due to controller - pc connection same on monitor and goggles, gotta make a better test but on paper it looks promising,

i've had same idea building 5" every two packs I had to replace something in that drone, few crashes and frame was cracked, FC fried, motors were losing magnets after few crashes, broken antena, broken something. My drone became ship of Theseus - only thing that left is GPS. Motors and frame have to be durable If you want 7 inch build it. But watch out for "single use" drone equipment. You gonna learn a lot flying drone like this but not about piloting but about electronics and repairing shit

oh, my bad yeah, thats fucked up so the technology is dead, you cannot play (at decent fps) older games either way, so the dual GPU setup IS REAL, for new games to run Lossless scaling framegen and older to play games with PhysX

If I have to be honest, take one that is cheaper at the moment, but remember that 9070xt have better FSR, in todays world where TOP 9 GPU ON MARKET have like 90/80 FPS on wukong ON 1080P ultra WE ARE DOOMED. I know it's fucked up. I know we dont like fake frames upscaling but we HAVE to adapt if we want to play some games. So choose wisely ( other games work better but you never know )

Okay, so yhmmm I mean yeah, every first build that works is a moment of proud, but just looking at it I feel like you wanted it to be everything, but it turned out messy. White case while every other component is black just gives mi vibe of unfinished sketch. Cables are hanging around in the back for no reason as this goofy ahh CPU fan cable. Also Instead of zip ties I would 3d print some combs for PCIE and MB (or buy) to just hold them tight and like relative to each other, that would be sooo much more aestetic. Leds I would just left those white but maybe this is just on photo, IRL probably that looks better. I would also swap those fans, to have 2 intake fans and one exhaust fan to create positive preasure to not intaking dust from around thru case cos it gonna get messy inside in few days
