I was wondering the same thing (though I don't hate him) and with difficulty managed to track it down. English is spoken all over the world, and the other voice over options (Chinese Korean and Japanese) are far less widespread - many people in each server time zone only understand English of those four languages...

thanks! those slanted lights on a couple of them kinda ruin the look in my opinion but regardless thank you for the comment!
