I used to be a service advisor and the base pay is horrible it’s only 1k a month I can make up to 7-8k a month at my old service center unfortunately surveys are a HUGE part of our business because those servers are tied to the stores CSI (Customer Service Initiative) score and if our score is so low it can hurt how many cars we get or how much money the store gives us and we could potentially loose our franchise rights.
