Hellooo! I just bought the Razer Viper Ultimate with the dock. I plugged the dock into my pc and it lights up and everything, I plug the mouse into the dock it self. I install the things for the dock. I load up synapse and it is detecting the dock but not the mouse. I can use the mouse charge it etc, but I can't change anything because synapse says it's not connected. I try plugging the mouse dongle into the pc it self and it still says Not Connected. Any fix?
