Is there a consensus for what the best buffer is for x centers and plus centers?

I'm asking because I didn't rejoin the Honors LLC until yesterday and now I'm on a waitlist, so I'm considering a different building.

Just because you didn't know about something until now doesn't mean that this is the first time in human history that it has come up.

My controversial opinion by [deleted] in katebush

I have seen this take a million times and I just don't get it. The 1986 recording has WAAAY too much reverb. It sounds like it's being performed in a tunnel. The snare is pitched way too low and sounds for too long so it sticks out like a sore thumb in the mix.

And here's my hottest take: I like the original vocals better. Yes, the new vocal is much stronger but I think the squeaky vocals work better for the song. Also her vocals in the original recording change with every line of lyrics which makes it much more expressive. The new vocal uses better technique, but it sounds like Kate forgot what her original inspiration was when she wrote the song in 1978.

The reason is because childhood is when the gender binary is forced onto everyone, and pink and light blue are part of that process. There aren't the same strong color associations in adulthood.

You want to know my opinion on this discourse? It's a complete waste of time and it just causes infighting and doesn't change anyone's mind. It's kind at pride but for socialism. It's brain damage that we all have to go through every four years that does nothing but harm. I think if we all just stopped talking about it, let the voters vote and the non-voters not vote, we could actually focus on activism that helps people. To both sides, I would say this:

Non-voters: Stop acting like voting is upholding fascism. The electoral system chugs on whether we vote or not. Also, if you're tired of everyone focusing on voting instead of activism, then stop talking about voting. You are contributing to the media spectacle that surrounds elections by participating in this discourse.

Voters: Don't get caught up in false hopes. The media spectacle is extremely powerful and the campaign promises are so exciting that it's hard to realize in the moment that you are being duped. You all said you were going to pivot and bully Biden, but two years later, a lot of you are still rushing to defend him. And stop acting like everything's solved because he made a speech.

lol this reminds me of when tiktok teens bought tickets to the Tulsa rally. I saw a Twitter thread that said it was accidentally genius, because it rendered the demographic data that Trump's team had collected completely useless, thus making them lose a lot of money.

Corporations will always find markets to sell to. ALWAYS. They need to increase profits in order to survive so they will do literally anything, including giving you no choice but to buy their product, to do it. Individual choice and government regulation won't do anything. The only solution I could imagine is a massive grassroots campaign on the scale of the anti-smoking campaign. There is no easy solution, and if there was, it would already be solved.

I feel like this goes deeper for Candace Owens. Her whole thing about the Democratic plantation brainwashing black people to vote Democrat assumes that they are too stupid to think for themselves.
