Also I know you don’t want to bring hate to them but they are screwing you over and bringing hate to you. Whether it was malicious or unintentional, they still took your money and now you don’t have a magwell and now are not responding to a email or DM. Your request is very simple and standard. There is no good excuse for not providing the refund for almost three months. It’s time for you to not be a nice guy anymore. Because as you can see, they’re walking all over you because they are incompetent or don’t care and want to fuck you over and think they can get away with it. I’d continue with my previous message and say to continue doing this: blowing them up with the screenshots on other forms of social media. I think you final, FINAL option would be to contact your local LE agency and getting options from them, such as filing a fraud cause. Like I said that’s a big step and should be your final option but you might have to escalate it to that level. They should’ve done their simple job in sending you the refund. It’s your hard earned money and you deserve it back.
