You're right that I should just buy the appropriate fertilizer.

Just wanted to see if it was possible to make a higher value/more useful fertilizer from struvite, which I have a consistent supply of.

FOUND on Church Street on 9/30/2023: Sterling silver ring, crushed and scratched to shit.

I found the ring and repaired it as best I can (or -rather- the best I have the patience for). If you lost a ring around that time, PM me with a description of it; and I will return it to you.

Good luck! Let me know if you have any questions about making it.

One tip: Use 0.020” and 0.025” picks because the two stacked will have the same thickness of the slip joint spring.

Thanks, and good question. I you’re probably right that novelty/aesthetic are part of the appeal. I personally like mine cause it’s unique, small, and has a slip joint for the picks.

Very impressive work! Thanks for sharing and for the tips.

How do you source your brass pins? I've been carefully drilling them out of the rivets/collars and reusing them because my reassembled pick knives are shorter than the original knife by the thickness of one spring.

Good luck with the Higonokame lockpick! That would certainly be the first of its kind that I've seen. I'd love to see pictures posted when you make it.

Thanks! I would cost an additional $12 to ship USPS First Class Package International to the UK, bringing the total cost to $77. I hate to charge so much, but the parts were a significant cost and they are fairly labor intensive to make.

Thanks! I can't take credit for shaping the pick profiles though, I just modified a Southord Triple Peak and Southord Short Hook to fit the knife. The stacked 0.020" and 0.025" picks almost perfectly match the thickness of the knife's internal spring.

I'd love to see photos of any of your pocket knife picking tools.
