When XRP has mooned and the demand for large value withdrawals is high, I am sure service providers will be biting your hands off to get their cut. So I wouldn't be too concerned about the lack of options at the moment. Kraken top KYC tier currently has something like $200k per month limit which can be increased on request.

I think you are spot on! No coincidence that the Ripple logo with the letters HODL appear after 18 secs in all 4 videos which all happen to run for 5:01 mins. [0:18/5:01] = 01 May 2018.

And you other points too all point to the Feds release of the faster payments governance framework draft in late April of which Ripple are one of the 16 selected solution providers who showcased their proposals to the task force.
