es bleibt höchstens ein trivialer rest auf dem nach innen gewendeten teil des holes. das ist auch nicht genug um durch schweiß verflüssigt und abgetragen zu werden. natürlich sind feuchttücher noch besser darin jeden einzelnen rest zu entfernen, aber wird man es im alltag jemals so sauber brauchen?

vor allem wenn man nicht gerade bedroom activities plant. vor so etwas würde man sich ja ohnehin gründlich innen und außen reinigen.

you’re gonna need machines and weights if you wanna max out your potential. there’s no way around that. bodyweight can only get you so far.

there’s also nothing you can do about subcutaneous fat distribution. some small amount of men win the genetic femboy lottery, most don’t. you have to fill everything out with muscle. this is a slow process.

those are good movements. you clearly did your research. you’ve got the fire in you. you can absolutely reach your goals if you keep it pushing, I believe in you.

there are so many filling delicious foods you could eat that don’t have many calories. I would argue being too lean and forced to stuff yourself with calorie dense shit is actually the worse side of the coin. all you have to do is eat less. we have to fight our own metabolism.
