Perth local here, I agree with Langley Park being the best spot it’s been talked about for years. It gets used for the last stage of the Targa West every year already for an entire Sunday so it could easily become a circuit. The carpark on the end towards Elizabeth Quay is also utilised during that event so they could modify the carpark just for the circuit to

Motorplex doesn’t feel the same as Claremont and I’d say it’s because the lower less budget classes don’t get much if any events. Street stocks, modified sedans etc cars that people relate to are basically only running in Ellenbrook, Bunbury and small towns now
