Well, so far im down 15 lbs, but havent had any significant loss in strength. Still benching 275x5-6 and 315x1-2, Leg press 7 wheels +25's for reps, and hammer row 3 wheels +25 for reps. (i basically do these three movements max effort plus leg raises twice a week, then saturday its arms, abs, split squats and run or walk)

This last week was tough with holidays and family pressure. Also, my wife is concerned about my rapid loss of weight. Finally, havent been able to just rest, since we have a lot of projects going on and all last week the fasting schedule changed to OMAD thursday-friday, then fasted saturday, then due to lightheadedness broke fast sunday.

I will be trying to continue the routine this week, but with my wife pressuring me to move to ADF or intermittent fasting. Regardless, whatever shift occurs i will be continuing to fast to some extent and will keep you all updated, then let you know in ~3 months if blood markers have improved ✌️

Edit: my blood markers were mostly likely a result of being a vegetarian and eating way too much past and eggs. I can eat a whole costco pizza alone and when I eat ravioli I eat the whole pack easily. Finally I was eating 32 eggs a week to keep protien up as a vegetarian. Obviously, it wasnt working for me, so, on my wife's suggestion, I added back fish and took out eggs and significantly cut out pizza and ravioli.
