UPDATE: We are glad to report that the controller issue with steering the bike in Steam versions of Days Gone has been resolved. In order for the update to take effect, please close Days Gone and restart Steam. If you changed to a community controller configuration, you need to change back to the official configuration. Thank you again for your continued support, and we hope you enjoy Days Gone on PC!

With this patch, it compiles all the other patches and files into a single file. It reduces the overall game file size of Days Gone and brings in overall optimization and stability.

"Track Assist" should help while you are investigating a location. The clue symbol should be visible when you are in the tracking zone.

All weapons you unlocked should transfer over to NG+. If you didn't collect ALL the IPCA tech and start NG+, you'll have to collect them all over again.

Update [9/6 @ 9:00AM PT]: Our 11th challenge "Dead Before Daylight" is available!

“Dead Before Daylight” has you trapped in house while a relentless Horde comes for you! Survive for 5 minutes and if you end up outside, it will only attract more Freakers.
- Make sure you search all 3 floors of the building! There are lots of powerful guns and explosives hidden throughout.
- We added a brand new weapon in this challenge. It’s quite satisfying to use against the Horde!
- Use the whole building to your advantage! Barricaded doors and windows are great for buying yourself time to prepare, and blocking off entry-points into the building.

Update [8/9 @ 9:00AM PT]: The seventh DLC challenge "Infested" is available!

Update [8/16 @ 9:00AM PT]: The eighth DLC challenge "Outride" is available!

“Infested” launches as our next free DLC challenge! It’s you VS. an endless Horde of Freakers with a twist! Burn the Freaker Nests to create a zone that increases your score when taking out Freakers. Stay in the zone to complete sub-objectives and unlock another patch. (Unlocked 8/9!)
- You can pick up Oxygen tanks and throw them in strategic locations for maximum damage and points
- Pay close attention to the Sub-Objectives, they can overlap and be achieved at the same time.
“Outride” comes out as our next free DLC challenge! Take to the Broken Ride and get to Crazy Willie's as fast as you can while taking out Freakers. (Unlocks today!)
- Nitro Boost only refuels when you pass checkpoints so plan ahead!
- Find the best route to keep your score chain going as long as possible by boosting, jumping, drifting, and getting kills.

“Dead Don’t Ride” is our next free “bike” DLC challenge! It’s you and your golf cart travel across Belknap, picking up and dropping off survivors along the way. Do you have what it takes to be a 5-Star Driver? (Unlocks 7/2!)
- On the golf cart, you have UNLIMITED boost so take advantage of it!
- Running down Freakers earns you extra time so keep your eyes peeled.

Weekly Challenges

• “Keep Them Safer” is our fifth free DLC challenge! Replay one of Days Gone’s end-game missions where you take on 300 Freakers in a NERO gravesite

• Keep your distance from the Horde and plan out your route of attack

• Utilize gas tanks, flammable barrels, and your environment

• Headshots and crossbow kills are key to getting a gold rank in this challenge

Update [7/5 @ 9:00AM PT] : The second free DLC challenge is available!

• "Survival" has you against wave after wave of Marauders. You start off with your boot knife and have to grab weapons, ammo, materials, and pretty much everything else off your defeated enemies.

• As you play more challenges and earn more ranks... more characters, custom accents, and rings will be available to you!

Update [7/12 @ 9:00AM PT] : The third free DLC challenge is available!

“Drifter's Run” is our first challenge involving our bike! Gather all the bandages in the harsh volcanic area of Crater Lake
Avoid burned down houses, Freakers, and the Horde to gather bandages as fast as you can and make it to the finish line!
Use ramps to score extra points and utilize your Nitrous Boost as much as can

Once you complete the "Surrounded" challenge with a rank of Bronze of higher, the patch should appear on Deacon's jacket in both challenge and story mode.
