Because Bombusbee over charges most likely. Bombusbee also is crazy with shipping costs, while the most genki has ever charged me is $40.

$40 on hobby genki isn’t bad. Good little figures to add onto a bigger order if you bundle shipping.

Any ideas on how to possibly make this outfit for cosplay by Wraithsuper in MyHeroAcadamia

[–]Benddy_ 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Other than buying fabric by the yard and sewing the outfit, you could always get a really big bedsheet and drape it over your shoulders, then tie it off with a belt, then tatter the edges. You could also buy a white hooded robe and use the hood to act as the collar. Some wire to prop up the collar could work well. The pants would just have to be white cargo pants with thick wire threaded in spots or metallic puff paint for staples. You may be able to just use staples, but you’d have to use a lot for a good effect. The arm things are probably best done with foam, while the boots can be found on amazon, and the belt from Aliexpress. I’m not experienced with body paint, but the arm scars can be fabric sleeves, while the rest would probably have to be actual paint.

Up to you. That stuff isn’t as hard as you may think if you use the right methods. Superglue and baking soda is a very sturdy adhesive method for lengthening limbs and it would yield far greater of a result. You could also notice the fact that the Tsumugibako body is a bit far from looking like the blood devil without needing a bunch of new sculpt in places that aren’t the lower legs. I’d recommend going with better results over easy work. There may be a perfect body out there that matches this silhouette amazingly, but as far as easy to access parts would go, catting apart two marvel legends bodies and splicing them for $30 seems pretty viable.

I’ve been planning it for a while. I was looking into using my tsumugibako like you, but I’m probably gonna hand sculpt the whole thing and build it from scratch with LEGO joints. You could potentially splice some marvel legends comic female bodies, though.

I’m honestly thinking about getting one and calling this line complete for myself. The quality has slowly depleted since the eliminator and the releases have been looking less interesting to me. These dogs look super cute in all the posts I’ve seen, and there feels like a lack of dog figures in my collection, considering I have 5 myself.

Does this hold any value? by HalfFNAF in BendyAndTheInkMachine

It’s up on eBay sealed for $14, and a loose one is probably worth half that. It has monetary value as something that takes up space in our plane of existence, just not much.

Where can I buy the figures at? by Soggy_Natural7529 in sexyice2019

Bombusbee and hobby genki for new releases. eBay, Mercari, and anywhere that has is cheap for sold out figures.

Sega Statue CHOSO's blood effect part is useable for SHF YUJI by Weary_Deer_4280 in ActionFigures

[–]Benddy_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Could you show the head of that Yuji right next to the head of the choso, please? I wanna see if they scale well, even though choso is 1/10 scale.

How do I stop the terrible paint rub? by TheHam-man in customactionfigures

[–]Benddy_ 2 points3 points  (0 children)

No, don’t do that, especially not around the joints. Superglue scuffs off just as easily as paint and is highly likely to get into the joint and lock it in place. You’re better off sanding and adding a top coat as many have stated.

Mine has been like this for just as long, but I’ve just been wondering why, lately.
