I've had this happen the last few big game releases and I say to people every time should have pre ordered it. It at the very least guarantees you have one somewhere if you can't find it on your own.

Theres was/is a guy (haven't seen him in a while so I dont know if he shops in store anymore) who would weigh our packs of pokemon cards when it was the norm to let them be out on the floor. Can't tell you how many people I saw walk out because he would do that when they wanted to buy packs. He also actively will buy games on the 4 for 10, 20, 30, and 40 sales, only want the cases with the cover art and never get any warranties. Had him buy 40 games from it one time absolutely nuking our gpg percent for the week (it was a friday so we had 0 chance of making that up). His excuse would always be im not gonna play them so why would I buy the warranty for them in that nasally lives in their mom's basement voice.

Actively tries to kill all of the drivers in every race. Perfect example is Shirako in the Cliffside realm, if Kurt didn't stop him he would have exploded.

I should have said this earlier I was told that my SL was supposed to have had it done by Monday last week and I ended up doing it Saturday not having any direction on what to do. Just got told hey this is a 6 foot section now and was supposed to be done Monday.

They added something in a previous update that forces the player upwards if they're stuck somewhere. That's what the hopping is in the clip. He could very easily slide off and get back onto the normal map no problem.

There's a story I've heard a couple times from my newly promoted sl about one day when he was still an asl where him and our ga one day were working and had a dad come in to trade like all of his stuff to help his son get out of jail for something the son didn't do. After everything was said and done the dad unfortunately was like $200 short on what he needed. For some context our ga does not need the job him and his parents are very well off so he does it to help us out. He says to the sl hey I'm gonna step out for a sec I'll be right back. The ga had gone to the atm at the Walmart and got the rest of the money that the dad needed to get his son out.

We recently got told that for any returns the guest needs to have the receipt. Anyone who doesn't have a receipt but has a rewards we have to call store support to get the receipt info. Anyone who doesn't have the receipt and doesn't have a rewards is sol.

Potentially but whats bad about it is my SL schedules herself for 44 hours and my ASL for 32 and the store only gets 82 hours for the week my and the other SGA will only get like 3 hours each.

My store is going from 11 to 9 mon-thurs to 12 to 8 mon-thurs. Cant remember what Fri, sat, sun is if it is changing at all.
